Coaches

Mike Morris, Head Coach            Mike Morris

Coach Mike grew up in Denver Colorado, where he acquired his Lacrosse skills while playing for South High school.  While serving in the Air Force he played club lacrosse for a team in Sacramento California, playing against teams such as UC Davis, UC Berkley and Stanford University.  After spending 10 years in California he returned to Springfield, where he now works for McKesson Corporation. He is also the proud father of Maddie and Aiden and thanks to the generosity of his wife Tammy, we get him during the spring as an outstanding coach and role model.

Matthew Brock, JV Coach Matthew Brock

Coach Brock grew up in Monett, MO playing baseball for Monett High School. After high school he attended SMSU (Missouri State University) where he discovered the game of lacrosse. Coach Brock joined the newly formed SMS lacrosse team to eventually earn All Conference honors while playing against such schools as Mizzou, Kansas, and Illinois. Currently coach Brock works for Fastenal Company. He hopes that his experience and love for the game can help develop the young players on the Springfield Falcons lacrosse team.
